Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a talented sales professional to help expand our reputation as the leading supplier of specialty printing materials and functional coatings for commercial printing and other industries. If you have proven success in business-to-business sales, particularly new business development, this is the place for you.

Who We Are:  Masterpiece Graphix helps businesses solve problems and grow by providing a consultative approach to functional coatings for a variety of industries. The company also creates printable substrates for commercial digital, offset, and flexo presses. Both the coating and printable substrate industries offer almost endless growth opportunities and potential for career success.

What We Need: Our sales team is small, yet driven. We need an experienced, passionate sales professional who is motivated to use their unique skills to continue building the Masterpiece Graphix brand. This position will focus on driving new sales to build your base by using a consultative sales approach, as well as continually serving and growing your existing customer base. For the most part, our sales process takes place by phone. The key to success in this position is resourcefulness, dependability and hard work that produces results.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call and build new sales through phone and written communication.
  • Manage and grow your customer base, while implementing strategies to increase profitability and build market share.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service, relationship building and effective sales strategies.
  • Develop expert, consultative sales techniques effective in advising customers on the best products for their unique industry.
  • Occasional travel (less than 5%) for industry tradeshows and customer visits.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years business-to-business sales experience, with a heavy emphasis on cold calling to build new sales through prospecting.
  • Proven ability to close sales.
  • Knowledge of the printing or specialized coatings industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing but not required.
  • Experience negotiating contracts.
  • Motivated, self-starter with strong, proactive drive for personal and company success.
  • Strong relationship building skills and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
