At MGX, our values guide our actions, shaping our business. One of our core values is integrity and Chuck exemplifies integrity daily.

Chuck Mitchell has worked at MGX for 16 years. Over that time, he honed his skills as a press operator. Chuck is responsible for monitoring the job progress and making adjustments to ensure quality and that the machines run safely and efficiently. Chuck utilizes his technical skills and knowledge daily to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to deliver quality products.

At MGX, our values guide our actions, shaping our business. One of those core values is Integrity; We do the right thing. We operate with authenticity, respect, and honesty. We build trust by saying what we mean and taking responsibility for our actions. Chuck shows this value daily. When asked how he would describe integrity, Chuck said, “Being accountable for the work I do every day and being honest and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.”

“Chuck is honest, dependable, and loyal. Several times I called him without notice to come in after hours for emergency alarms. Chuck stopped what he was doing and checked on the situation. Chuck is accountable for his actions and can be relied on.” – Bill Sauer, VP of Operations.

We did a little Q&A to learn more about Chuck, what he loves about MGX, and some fun facts about life outside the office.


MGX: What stands out most for you about working at MGX?

Chuck: The people. I work with people who I enjoy being around every day.


MGX: Why did you choose your field of work?

Chuck: I had friends in the industry that recruited me. I am glad they did.


MGX: Where was the last place you traveled to? What made it great?

Chuck: Alaska. It was not the last place I traveled, yet the sheer beauty left an impression.


 MGX: Do you have any phobias? 

Chuck: Snakes


MGX: If you could be a superhero, whom would it be and why?

Chuck: Batman, of course, Eccentric Billionaire; enough said!
