MGX Releases UniSyn Synthetic Paper Line

UniSyn Synthetic Paper is a unique, multi-polymer film created through an exclusive, collaborative effort between Cosmo Films and MGX.

Its proprietary topcoat enhances reprographic and performance characteristics across a broad spectrum of technologies while addressing many of the challenges that printers have encountered previously in running plastics.

Broad Compatibility – engineered for conventional & UV offset, HP Indigo, UV & aqueous flexo, UV inkjet, Fuji J-Press, and thermal transfer.

Superior Ink Adhesion – topcoat chemistry anchors inks to the surface to improve rub and scuff resistance, allows for faster processing, and eliminates the need for any pre-priming.

Faster Dry & Cure Times – ink setup time is reduced, enabling faster processing times and decreased labor expense.

Optimal Color Accuracy – superior color vibrancy and accuracy reduces waste, increases efficiency.

Enhanced Durability – excellent machine and cross direction tear resistance, coupled with water and chemical resistance for outstanding longevity.
