Store Policy and Returns

Payment Terms
MGX payment terms are Net 30 days. Any Purchase Orders listing payment terms other than Net 30 days will be invoiced according to MGX payments terms, unless other terms have been agreed to in advance by MGX.

Online ordering is only available for locations within the United States. For international or custom orders, contact us.

Unpaid Balances
Invoices that are more than 60 days past due will incur an automatic monthly service charge of 2% per month added to the account balance. In an effort to collect accounts that are significantly past due, MGX will, at its discretion, pursue collection action through an outside collection agency. In the event that collection action is required, the purchaser is responsible for all collection costs incurred, including but not limited to, finance charges, attorney fees, and court costs.

Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by MGX. Pricing and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled except upon terms that fully compensate MGX for any losses.

Shipments
Title and risk of loss of products shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery to a common carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow return shipment directions located on each skid. In the case of damage, it is the customer’s responsibility to note damage on the BOL at the time of the shipment and notify the shipper and MGX of the full extent of damage.

Taxes
All prices are subject to the purchaser assuming all Federal, State, and Local Taxes when or where applicable in connection with the sale or delivery of these products.

Shelf Life
The digital coating on most MGX digital materials has a shelf life of approximately one year when stored at 72◦F at 50% RH. Digital coatings on vinyl materials have a shorter shelf life due to plasticizers in the material that can interfere with the coating after three months. MGX guarantees only the coating application itself. Warranties from suppliers of products purchased by MGX still apply.

Statement of Practical Use
As with all materials, this product should be tested thoroughly under end-use conditions to ensure it meets the requirements of the specific application.

MGX will only be held liable for the price of the service rendered. MGX reserves the right to ship and invoice plus or minus 10% the quantity ordered. User is responsible for determining the suitability of the material for contemplated use. Users assume all risks resulting from the use of our products and must confirm adaptability thereof by their own tests. Liability will, in no event, exceed the value of the material sold.

Returns
Materials sold by MGX are returnable only with authorization in writing by MGX. DO NOT RETURN MATERIAL WITHOUT A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) PROVIDED BY MGX. Claims must be made within 90 days after receipt of merchandise.

If there is a problem with an order it is the customer’s full responsibility to follow the following procedure:

  1. SAVE ALL OF THE MATERIAL IN QUESTION!
  2. Send the roll label sticker(s) or an exact copy of the roll label sticker(s), the quantity (including length x width) of the material believed to be damaged, and a 10-foot sample of the damaged material to MGX (Attn. Claims). In the case of sheet, 15-25 sheets should be sent back.
  3. Upon receipt of the samples, MGX will determine whether the problem with the material was a result of MGX service or the supplier of the material.
  4. After this is determined, a representative of MGX will contact the purchaser regarding the next step to resolve the situation.
  5. In the case of international shipments, it is the responsibility of the customer to make freight arrangement to and from MGX. Any associated freight cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a loss of the customer’s warranty. MGX will not be financially responsible for return shipments sent without an RMA. Issuance of an RMA is not an automatic entitlement to a refund or replacement. All returned items are subject to inspection by MGX. Any unauthorized return shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
