Our rigid vinyl (PVC) is an incredibly durable, versatile and affordable solution for flat applications where stiffness and rigidity are paramount. PVC boasts excellent outdoor weatherability, is UV-resistant, and is self-extinguishing upon flame exposure. It is compatible with a variety of finishing processes, including foil stamping, embossing, lamination (thermal roll & platen), die cutting and more. For peak performance in your digital presses, our rigid vinyl synthetic paper comes in two grades:
ID (Indigo) – PVC ID is compatible with HP Indigo presses as well as the Konica Minolta KM-1 and Komori Impremia IS29.
DT (Dry Toner) – PVC DT is compatible with Production Dry Toner presses, providing the highest-quality output, fortifying toner adhesion and durability, and significantly reducing post-print static.
