Our Rigid Vinyl (PVC) is an incredibly durable, versatile and affordable solution for flat applications where stiffness and rigidity are paramount. PVC boasts excellent outdoor weatherability, is resistant to UV degradation and is self-extinguishing amidst flame exposure. It is compatible with a variety of finishing processes including foil stamping, embossing, lamination (thermal roll & platen), die cutting and more. For peak performance in your digital presses, our PVC comes in 2 grades:
PVC ID (Indigo) – is engineered for exceptional performance on HP Indigo presses as well as the Konica Minolta KM-1 and Komori Impremia IS29.
PVC DT (Dry Toner) – is engineered for superior performance on Production Dry Toner presses, providing the highest quality output, fortifying toner adhesion and durability and significantly reducing post print static.
